Going to Jamaica!

Well - just about up and running on this blog!
Bryn, who was out with Team Birmingham Athletics in March [For the all Island turn out for the Gibson Sprints] asked me today 'what % are you stress and excitement' well finally at last no stress and just really looking forward to what is going to be a great experience for all concerned.  Can't wait to experince the real Jamaica, great sports people [neck and neck with England in Netball.......and we won't mention Usain Bolt!], something to learn from. 
Our afternoon is going to be easy.............

On the messages front, our first match againt the U16's is on Saturday, so I will pass on messages up until then.
